Leonel Gomes Cá is a Partner in the Real Estate and Corporate practices. He advises on the acquisition, sale and leasing of real estate assets, including asset deals and share deals, the structuring of investment vehicles, tourism projects and construction agreements.

He also advises foreign investors and private clients on the organisation and protection of their assets in Portugal.

He began his career at VdA Vieira de Almeida, one of Portugal’s leading law firms, where he worked on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and financing matters, advising both Portuguese and international clients, including startups and private equity funds.
